MMD's pricing is value-based, not cost-based. Every figure reflects the genuine value delivered — fines avoided, callouts prevented, legal exposure reduced, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing your building is properly managed. All prices are fixed and fully transparent: no hidden variables, no surprise charges, no ambiguous extras. Your retainer agreement includes an annual price review clause tied to RPI/CPI, so you always know where you stand.

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. MMD Consulting Ltd will add VAT at the prevailing rate once registered. We will confirm our VAT status before issuing any invoices.

No setup fees. No hidden costs. The price shown is the price you pay. Any project or capital works that fall outside the scope of your retainer are priced separately at £500 per day, and this is clearly stated in your retainer agreement before you sign.

Absolutely — and many clients do exactly that. The premises assessment or compliance audit is a standalone engagement with no commitment to anything further. The report belongs entirely to you. If you decide to take a retainer within 30 days, the assessment fee is reclaimed in full in your first 3 months.

All retainer agreements have a 1-month minimum term notice. This allows time to properly hand over any outstanding obligations to you and ensures your building's compliance and maintenance programmes are not left incomplete.

All retainer agreements include an annual price review clause linked to RPI/CPI. Any increase is applied transparently and in line with published inflation data — there are no arbitrary price hikes. You will always be given 60 days advance notice before any increase takes effect.

Yes. If your needs grow — or your budget changes — you can move between service tiers. Upgrades can be arranged at any point. Downgrades are subject to the same notice period as the overall agreement. We would rather find the right fit for your situation than lock you into something that no longer works.
